I am a culturally conscious holistic therapist specializing in relationship repair, breakup guidance, somatic therapy, and therapy with art.

Love is complicated. Repair does not have to be.

My work supports individuals who want to understand what is happening beneath the surface of their relationships and learn how to respond with clarity instead of reactivity.

  • My sessions integrate multiple evidence informed and experiential approaches that support emotional awareness, regulation, and repair. Rather than using one method in isolation, I tailor each session to what is happening in your body, your thoughts, and your relational patterns in real time.

    Somatic Therapy
    You learn how emotions live in the body and how unresolved stress shows up as tension, shutdown, or reactivity. Somatic work helps build nervous system awareness and release patterns that keep you stuck in survival responses.

    CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
    CBT helps identify unhelpful thought patterns that reinforce emotional distress and relational conflict. We explore how beliefs, interpretations, and assumptions shape reactions, and practice more supportive ways of thinking that align with your values and lived experience.

    IFS Parts Work
    IFS Parts Work supports understanding the different parts of you that show up in relationships such as protective parts, reactive parts, and vulnerable parts. Rather than trying to silence or override these parts, we work to understand their roles and build internal cooperation and self leadership.

    Therapy with Art
    Creative expression offers another language when words feel limited. Through color, image, and art based reflection, you gain insight into emotional patterns, attachment responses, and internal experiences that may be difficult to verbalize.

    Rooted Function Theory™
    Rooted Function Theory™ ties these approaches together by helping you understand how emotional responses form across the body, thoughts, and relational history. This framework focuses on function rather than pathology so you can respond with intention rather than repetition.

    I work through a framework I developed called Rooted Function Theory™, which helps you understand not just what you feel, but why certain responses show up automatically in moments of stress, conflict, or closeness.

    This work is practical, grounded, and compassionate. It is about awareness, regulation, and real repair.

Experience and Support

I bring over thirteen years of counseling, coaching, and empowerment experience into my work, along with seven years of developing Rooted Function Theory™.

Sessions often include reflection prompts, practical tools, and optional worksheets to support integration beyond the session.

I also provide after care support when appropriate. This may include brief processing activities, integration exercises, or weekly email reflections to support regulation and clarity between sessions.
