This course is intended to be used over three separate sessions that are about one week apart. This models a common session structure with a hypnotherapist.

This course is not a quick fix or an instant solution. While it’s natural to hope for significant results like shedding 10 pounds after completion, weight loss is a journey that requires time and commitment. From personal experience, I can confidently say that hypnosis serves as a powerful tool to plant the seed of change, reprogram your emotions around food, and support lifestyle adjustments. However, for a truly effective weight loss journey, incorporating consistent movement and balanced nutrition is essential. My hope is that this course makes the desire and willingness to embrace these changes feel more natural and achievable.

Please also know that you can not get stuck in hypnosis or trance. The worst thing that can happen is that you fall asleep. Should you fall asleep, once you’ve awaken, plan a day to try the lesson again
